The run floor is a lattice panel made of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) that can protect green surfaces even in areas subjected to heavy loads, such as roads and parking lots, enhancing soil stability and improving rainwater drainage. It demonstrates high vehicle passability when laid over sand or gravel. The bio-net locking system makes connections easy. You can choose from six types of products based on their intended use and load. With its reinforced structure, the run floor exhibits high resistance to typical stresses associated with vehicle movements, such as braking and steering, even with large vehicles. The special design of the cells and the thickness of the ribs achieve high load-bearing capacity compared to conventional systems (DIN1072 SLW 60: total weight 60 tons, wheel load 10 tons). For other applications, by sandwiching the run floor between gravel and surface soil in riding arenas, it is possible to provide strength to the surface while also allowing for the necessary flexibility to absorb shocks. Additionally, maintaining drainage can help suppress depressions and sediment runoff.
